Catching the Rays

Catching the Rays

Everything around us is connected to our physical bodies.

I am not going to tell you to eat well, get enough sleep and reduce stress because I am sure you already tried everything. I am going to give you a simple tip how to improve your health for no extra cost and have motivation and ability to ‘eat well, get enough sleep and reduce stress.’

Catching early rays (6am - 9am) boosts your mood and aligns your circadian rhythm, setting your gut up for success. Sunlight synchronizes your gut's daily rhythm—your microbiome is like a little ecosystem that thrives on a natural day-night cycle. Better gut health equals better digestion and better food choices. Morning light is also vital in bringing down high cortisol levels in the morning and is a great support for the adrenal glands.

By watching the sunset (17:00 - 19:00) for 10 to 20 minutes, you can maintain your circadian rhythm and at the same time effectively receive wavelengths  that help you sleep!

This is also when infrared wavelengths are at their highest, which are very helpful for skin regeneration, injury recovery, and inflammation relief, so it's important to expose as many parts of your body as possible!
